Stage 1: From entries received, judges will assess which entries/clubs they believe should go through as finalists and alert the club. 

Stage 2: The judging board evaluates which of these finalists should go through in which categories.  Clubs are advised of the outcome.

Stage 3: The judges are tasked with appointing a winner for each category. The results are kept under wraps until announced on the night of the Awards.

Time scales for judging

ENTRY DEADLINE - WEDNESDAY, JULY 31, 2024

• Judging Stage 1 begins – July 31
• Contacting clubs ref status as finalist  –  August 14 
• Judging Stage 2 begins - Week commencing August 14
• Clubs contacted regarding categories put through in - by September 16

Q. What happens if I/my club becomes a finalist?

• All clubs who become a finalist will be invited to the Awards with 2 complimentary tickets. (Other tickets are available to purchase.)

Q. How do I find out more information on times of the event?

• All information for the night itself is posted on this website.
• Regular Club Bulletins and Sports Club Bulletins will also be sent out.

Q. How do I get my tickets?

• Finalists will be sent electronic tickets with their first communication from the judges. This will include information on the event & will cover our 2 x complimentary finalists'  tickets.
